How to structure a fast, quotable enquiry

The enquiries that get a quotation back fastest are the ones sent as a single, complete message rather than a back-and-forth. If you are quoting several products, list them one line at a time — product, size, quantity — rather than describing the order in prose. If you already have a specification sheet, drawing or reference photo, send it in the same message; a photo of the colour or finish you want often saves several rounds of description.

What happens after you message us

Response expectations

A complete enquiry — products, sizes, quantities, packing and destination — can usually be quoted in one exchange. Enquiries missing several of these details take longer simply because we have to ask before we can price accurately. WhatsApp message is the fastest route for a written quotation you can forward internally; a WhatsApp call or phone call suits complex or project-based requirements better, where talking through the specification is quicker than typing it.

Use WhatsApp message for standard product enquiries, sample requests and anything you want in writing for your own records. Use a WhatsApp call or direct phone call when a project has multiple products, phased delivery or a specification that is easier to explain in conversation than to type out. Either route reaches the same export team.
